Timely and efficient service is crucial for maintaining existing relationships, especially given our Direct-to-Investor model, making investor satisfaction a priority. Investor queries and complaints represent a significant voice, and this policy outlines the structured grievance handling approach supported by a review mechanism to minimize the recurrence of similar issues.

The Grievance Redressal policy is guided by the following principles:

  • Investors will be treated fairly at all times.
  • Complaints raised by investors will be addressed with courtesy and in a timely manner.
  • Queries and complaints will be handled efficiently and equitably.

Our research analysts and employees operate in good faith and without bias, prioritizing the interests of the investors.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Client queries or complaints may arise due to a lack of understanding or a deficiency in service experienced by clients. Service deficiencies may include insufficient explanations, clarifications, or understanding leading to shortfalls in expected delivery standards, either due to facility inadequacies or staff attitude towards clients.

  1. Clients can seek clarification for their queries and are entitled to submit complaints in writing, orally, or telephonically. An email may be sent to the Research Analyst. Alternatively, investors may call +1234567890.

  3. If unsatisfied with our response, clients can lodge their grievance with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in, or write to any SEBI office.
